How does the GOP process work in practice?
Once a case is referred to us, we source clinically appropriate facilities and provide an upfront cost estimate before any commitment is made. A GOP is then issued strictly within the financial limits you have pre-approved — no cost is committed without your explicit sign-off. The GOP is sent directly to the hospital, and your team receives full documentation at every stage.
Can My1Health work within our existing pre-authorisation process?
Yes. My1Health is designed to sit inside your existing governance framework, not replace it. We configure our workflow around your pre-auth requirements, benefit limits, and approval thresholds before your first case is submitted. Nothing moves without the appropriate sign-off from your team.
How does billing work — do we receive one invoice per case or multiple?
You receive one consolidated invoice per case with full supporting documentation — clinical records, cost breakdown, and any travel or logistics costs — formatted to your reporting requirements. There are no surprise line items and no bundled billing across cases. Every invoice is audit-ready from the moment it is issued.
Is there a minimum volume or monthly commitment required?
None. There are no retainers, no PMPM fees, and no minimum case volumes. You pay only when a case is actively managed. This makes it straightforward to pilot the partnership with one or two cases before any wider rollout — with no financial exposure if volumes are low in a given period.
