The appropriate destination for each case depends on the clinical requirements, your member's coverage tier, and any destination preferences stated in the policy. All hospitals on our panel are independently vetted and accredited.

My 1health coordinates complex specialist cases from GCC markets including oncology and rare disease treatment, complex cardiac and vascular surgery, neurology and neurosurgery, orthopaedic and spinal surgery, paediatric specialist care, and advanced diagnostic second opinions. We coordinate any complex specialist case where international care is clinically indicated — contact our team to discuss a specific case type.
How does My 1health ensure our members receive a premium care experience?
Every hospital on our panel is independently accredited and vetted before engagement. We manage the full care journey — travel, accommodation, on-ground support, admissions, and post-treatment follow-up — through our dedicated coordination team. Your member has one point of contact at My 1health throughout their case, with your case management team kept informed at every milestone.
How does the GOP process work with My 1health?
The Guarantee of Payment is issued by your team — not by My 1health. Once you issue a GOP for a specific case, your member can access specialist care at our panel facilities under that GOP. We manage the hospital billing against the GOP and reconcile it back to you at case close-out. No service is initiated without a valid GOP in place, and no costs are incurred beyond the preapproved GOP limit.
Can My 1health accommodate tiered benefit plans?
Yes. My 1health configures your governance parameters — including benefit tiers, coverage limits, preferred hospital categories, and reporting requirements — before your first case is submitted. Cases are routed and managed in line with the specific tier applicable to each member. Every insurer's governance rules are applied independently and separately.
