No. Established facilitators follow a different onboarding path — a strategy conversation with our team, followed by direct onboarding and platform access. The CHWTP certification is available if you want the credential for professional credibility, but it's not a requirement to join the network or access the hospitals and platform.
We discuss this on a case-by-case basis during your strategy conversation. There's no forced exclusivity on your existing hospital network. You can continue working with hospitals you already have relationships with while adding My 1Health's 350+ hospitals alongside them. The goal is to expand your capabilities, not replace what's already working.
Partners earn 5–15% of total treatment cost on every successful referral through the My 1Health network, depending on the destination and hospital. Commissions scale through our tier system (Bronze to Platinum) as your monthly referral volume grows — for example, a facilitator referring 10+ patients per month including 2 inpatient cases qualifies for Silver tier, earning an additional 10% on top of standard rates. Most established facilitators who join see an increase in total earnings because they can now serve patients across a much wider range of hospitals and specialities than they could independently.
The Referral Partner System (RPS) is your operational hub. You submit patient inquiries, track case status, monitor commission accruals, and manage your full pipeline in one place. It replaces the spreadsheets, WhatsApp threads, and email chains most independent facilitators rely on. You get full access during onboarding and your referral partner manager will walk you through the setup.
Fast. After your initial strategy conversation, onboarding typically takes a few days — not weeks. You'll meet your referral partner manager, get platform access, and be able to start submitting patient inquiries to the expanded hospital network almost immediately. There's no lengthy application or certification process to complete first.

My 1Health provides the hospital network, case coordination support, platform, and payment infrastructure behind the scenes. You don't rebrand or redirect patients to My 1Health.

My 1Health provides infrastructure (hospitals, platform, payments, support), and you provide patient referrals. The relationship is governed by a formal Referral Partner Agreement that clearly outlines terms, commission rates, responsibilities, and dispute resolution. The agreement is straightforward — no hidden clauses, no lock-in beyond a standard notice period. You'll review and sign it during onboarding.
All partner hospitals in the My 1Health network carry professional indemnity insurance, and the network is composed of JCI, NABH, and TEMOS-accredited facilities that meet rigorous international quality standards. If a clinical complication arises during or after treatment, My 1Health provides case escalation support — working directly with the hospital on your behalf to ensure the patient receives appropriate follow-up care. You are never left to manage a clinical issue alone. Your referral partner manager is your first point of contact for any case escalation.
