How much does it cost to join?
The partnership itself is free to join. If you choose to complete the optional CHWTP certification (recommended for new facilitators), it's a one-time fee of $199 (founding cohort) or $499 (standard). Travel agents, cosmetic partners, and affiliates can join with no certification and no fee.
How much can I earn?
Partners earn 5–15% of the patient's total treatment cost for every successful referral. A single cardiac surgery referral can earn $1,000–$2,700. A dental veneer referral earns $250–$900. Earnings grow with volume through our tier system: Silver (+10%), Gold (+20%), Platinum (+30% bonus on top of base commission).
Do I need medical or healthcare experience?
No. M1H handles all clinical coordination — hospital matching, treatment plans, medical records, and patient support. You refer patients and earn commission. The CHWTP certification provides training for those who want it, but it's not required for travel agents, cosmetic partners, or affiliates.

How and where do I get paid?
Commissions are paid to 160+ countries in USD or your choice of 140+ local currencies. You get a built-in USD wallet with $250 minimum withdrawal. Commissions are reconciled monthly with full transparency through the RPS platform.
