About Physio4u

Physio4u is a well-established physiotherapy clinic in Nairobi, assisting people to recover after surgery or injuries, back or neck pain or maintenance for ongoing degenerative conditions. We have a range of treatment options to optimise quick recovery or high-quality care for those suffering from ongoing conditions.
We have a highly skilled and experienced team of therapists who also coordinate with relevant doctors as required to facilitate high-quality care of our patients.
Our team provides corporate and private ergonomic assessments and advice to help prevent or recover from work-related repetitive strain injuries, which can plague many of us working from desks and computers.
Physio4u is one of the very few centres with a modern hydrotherapy pool with hoist equipment, enabling those patients who are less mobile to access hydrotherapy treatment. It is an excellent rehabilitation service. Due to the effects of buoyancy, it provides full body support, making exercising easier, comfortable and supportive. It is also a great way of strengthening weak muscles due to the resistance of the water.
We also specialise in TMJ syndrome or jaw pain/clicking related to dental treatment, posture, injury or after jaw cancer surgery.
