Dr Colum Nolan is a highly experienced Senior Consultant Neurosurgeon with over 20 years of medical and surgical practice, specialising in minimally invasive spine surgery (keyhole surgery), motion preservation surgery (disc replacement surgery) and in the utilisation of spinal navigation and robotic technologies.
He currently serves as the Medical Director of Oxford Spine and Neurosurgery Centre, with clinics at 4 locations across Singapore, including Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital, Mount Elizabeth Hospital (Orchard), Mount Alvernia Hospital and Farrer Park Hospital.
His advanced training equipped him to manage a comprehensive range of degenerative spine conditions, including disc herniation (slipped disc), spinal stenosis, spinal cord compression, spondylolisthesis, scoliosis, as well as complex spinal tumours and fractures all with a strong focus on minimally invasive and motion preservation techniques.
Dr Nolan previously headed the spine services at the National Neuroscience Institute and Sengkang General Hospital, where he built multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated, evidence-based care.
